CUSTOMS:
If you would like to start a custom rug project please visit our CUSTOMS page.
We will assess your request, and once approved we will take a 50%* deposit via venmo, cashapp, zelle, or paypal.
*In a rare occasion some rugs may require a larger deposit.
Turnaround for a custom is typically between 1-3 weeks + shipping time.
Los Angeles pick-up available.
Pricing varies with size and complexity of design.
SHIPPING:
We ship anywhere in the world! All shipping costs are included in your project price quote.
PRODUCTION:
All rugs are made by hand at our home studio in Los Angeles, CA. We use premium materials to ensure quality and longevity. All rugs are backed with a rubberized non-slip material. If you would like your rug to be a wall hanging, please let us know so that we can use a lightweight backing and secure hardware for wall mounting.
RUG CARE:
NO MACHINE WASH.
Vacuum/lint roll your rug to keep it looking nice and clean. Over time trim any uneven yarn with sharp scissors. Our rugs are art and meant for low-traffic areas. One day in the distant future when/if your rug gets very VERY dirty, a steam vacuum will restore it to beauty.
